docbook-45-xml: Use --no-preserve=ownership instead of chown root:root
...
This avoids leaving root-owned files in the build directory, so it will
be easier to remove it as a normal user.

gdm: Clean up dependencies
...
dconf is needed for non-DESTDIR install.
gtk3 is not directly used, but through libcanberra.
libdaemon is not used at all (I can't even find any Git history about it
in the upstream repo).
itstool is mentioned by some .po files but it seems the package actually
uses gettext instead of itstool. The NEWS mentions "switching from
intltool to gettext" so it seems itstool has never been really used at
all, too.
iso-codes seems not used. It was introduced for a language chooser
dialog 15 years ago (!) but the dialog is no more.

gnome-shell: Clean up dependencies
...
gnome-control-center is only required at runtime. But ibus, polkit, and
gnome-desktop are required at build time.
GTK4 is already included by gnome-desktop, so remove it.
gnome-autoar can be disabled, demote it to recommended.

- Clutter tests do not work well with buildtype=release, so disable them
- Use gtk4-demo instead of gtk3-demo as mutter is now a GTK4 application
- Also remove "GTK3 needs to be built with Wayland" (GTK4 always
requires wayland)
- Document a known failure
- Add libmutter-test-12 (optional) into short description

SysV: Fix gnome-session so that it uses libelogind
...
The only thing to do is to set the systemd unit directory to
/tmp. When this is done, all the dependencies on systemd are
"required: false". So only what is found is used. libelogind
is found because libsystemd.pc is a symlink to libelogind.pc
