Alexander E. Patrakov 0a2792dfcf Removed xfsprogs. Will restore after BLFS-6.3 release if there appears an 
editor who actually uses the package.

The mkfs.xfs version in the book, by default, produces filesystems that
cannot be mounted with 2.6.22 kernels (i.e., are incompatible with LFS-6.3).
Workaround:

mkfs.xfs -l lazy-count=0 /dev/hda1
